Kim Beckman

Kim is originally from Clarksdale, Mississippi, but grew up in Findlay, Ohio. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Findlay. During college, she met her husband, Tim, and relocated multiple times due to his career.

In 2015, Kim and her family, including children Tyler, Lindsay and Alex, settled in northwest Florida after falling in love with the 30A lifestyle and emerald waters while vacationing in the area. Today, she enjoys golf, swimming and spending time at the beach.

Dealing with multiple moves has helped Kim better understand the process of buying and selling homes and the accompanying stress it can produce. She uses that expertise to help her clients achieve their real estate goals as seamlessly as possible.
