Blake Jones

Blake Jones has always had a strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive. From his first job working for his father, a second-generation home builder, real estate has always held a special place. After earned a degree in finance at the University of Arkansas, he began a career in banking. A short time later, he returned to school to obtain his MBA and moved into a new career as a financial planner with Merrill Lynch, where he learned about specific needs people have at different stages of life that impact decision-making. He also learned how integral, life-based decision-making can be felt and evaluated. With this knowledge, Blake became motivated to embark on a new career in real estate. In 2016, he and his family moved to Florida to begin working in real estate along Scenic Highway 30A.

His real estate career now encompasses an entire team. Coupled with a strong background in fiduciary-level advice in finance, the Carroll Jones Beckman Group is focused on understanding an individual’s specific circumstances to derive a plan that meets their buying and selling needs. In the luxury home segment, it is imperative to truly understand a customer’s goals and objectives in order to provide the strategy and relationship necessary to create successful results. With a bespoke mindset, Blake believes that having a team of people-oriented partners provides the best opportunity for success in real estate. Blake has an interest in other opportunities on the Emerald Coast as well. Through his passion for uniting members of the community and bringing cultural opportunities to the area, he has started several local endeavors to connect people. You'll see him coaching bocce ball or bringing people together at SoWal House. Blake and his wife, Rachael, have two children, Parker and Presley.
