Annie Walker is a Los Angeles native with a deep knowledge of Southern California real estate and a passion for delivering results that exceed even the highest client expectations. Annie enjoyed a successful career owning one of the top marketing and sponsorship activation firms in IndyCar and NASCAR racing with her husband, Michael, before turning her full attention to real estate. Her background affords her an unparalleled network of highly successful business owners. It also enabled her to sharpen negotiating skills, and perhaps most importantly, provided strategic target marketing experience, which is an integral part of her formula.
It was no surprise that Annie and Michael represented the seller of the highest sale of a coastal home in Greater Los Angeles, from Santa Monica to Newport Beach, for the entire year of 2020. They are partners with The Cilic Group, a boutique sales team within Sotheby's International Realty, ranked one of the top teams in the country.
With the professional designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Annie enjoys working with seniors and their families to consider their options to age in place, downsize, or move out of the area. She is patient, caring, and understands the unique challenges associated with making these important life decisions.
Annie realizes that every home has its own story that should be shared as part of a successful marketing campaign. As a captivating storyteller, Annie also directed the film "Behind the Indianapolis 500 with Parnelli Jones," which was selected for the Sun Valley Film Festival. Annie is a member of the California Association of Realtors in addition to the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, and the Los Angeles MLS.
