Michael Walker

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Michael Walker understands the city and the unique aspects that appeal to those selling or buying homes. He grew up here, attended school, played team sports and has called Los Angeles home for over 50 years.

Guiding clients through the process of selling or finding a home is something Michael truly enjoys. His real estate transactions have included first time buyers and a record-setting sale price in Southern California.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Michael worked as a general building contractor. He brings decades of residential construction experience which includes designing, project management and having worked as a builder with homeowners to bring their dreams to fruition.

Michael also owned a sports marketing company which focused on sponsorship activation in IndyCar and NASCAR. The target marketing experience and ROI based budgets enable Michael to bring an extraordinary set of tools to each deal. Michael is known for his strong work ethic, positive approach, negotiating skills, determination and experience in providing high-level client services.

Michael enjoys early morning rides on his Cannondale road bike and surfing. A lifelong car enthusiast, he enjoys traveling to the Indy 500 each May, historic car races, and concourse shows and auctions. He is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. His professional designation and certifications include Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES.)
