Kerrie Marzot

A Falmouth Heights native, Kerrie Marzot knows and loves all the beautiful towns of Cape Cod, from Falmouth and Mashpee to Sandwich and Bourne.

Clients and colleagues admire Kerrie’s in-depth knowledge of the area, communication skills, expertise in pricing and marketing properties, easygoing demeanor, and flair for making deals—she set the record for the highest sale price for a Cape Cod home, which sold in less than 60 days. Her close relationships with attorneys, architects, general contractors, and appraisers help her offer clients thorough service and quick answers to any questions and concerns. She provides direct, honest feedback and will always change course to find a path that achieves their goals.

She attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, majoring in women’s health, and before embarking on her real estate career, she served as the assistant director of human resources for the Tana Hyannis Hotel & Resort. This experience working closely with people has served her well in her three-decade-long real estate career. She joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017.

When not assisting buyers and sellers, Kerrie enjoys running, cycling, cooking, and traveling—especially to Italy.
