Olivia Hoge's multicultural background, extensive real estate experience, and proven track record of residential sales success makes her the perfect broker to satisfy the discerning needs of international and New York-based clientele. An Associate Broker and Global Real Estate Advisor for Sotheby's International Realty, Olivia began selling real estate at Sotheby's International Realty over 25 years ago, with the majority of her career in New York City and six years in London.
European-born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Olivia speaks fluent English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. She has resided for extended periods of time in Austria, Brazil, Germany, Britain, and the United States.
Olivia has closed buy and sell-side transactions in some of Manhattan's premier luxury co-op and condo buildings, as well as townhouses located in all exclusive neighborhoods from uptown to midtown and downtown, on the east and west sides. Her concern is not territory, but rather the requirements and best interests of her clients. Olivia is known and respected for her exemplary market knowledge, impeccable work ethic, and savvy negotiating skills that result in ongoing referrals and repeat business from her loyal clients.
Excelling in her field has also been demonstrated in her continuous industry advancement. Olivia is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, a graduate of REBNY's prestigious New York Residential Specialist post-graduate accreditation course (NYRS), and recipient of the prestigious Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations. From 2010 to 2015, she was honored annually among the Top 1% of NRT's approximately 47,000 sales associates.
Prior to real estate, Olivia was the president of one of the leading landscaping companies in South America. She is an avid theatergoer, music fan, and lover of culture. Olivia is the mother of three and lives on the Upper East Side with her husband of 30+ years.
