Theo Vassiliou is head of region for the Caribbean, Latin America, and Bermuda (CALA) regions. Vassiliou is primarily responsible for growth of the region and supporting each CALA affiliate with bespoke strategies and business development.

Previously, Vassiliou worked in the international franchise sales team for Realogy for more than nine years and contributed heavily on the expansion especially of Sotheby’s International Realty® global network, with a focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. His experience within the industry makes him a strong asset for the global team’s success.

Prior to his time at Realogy, Vassiliou led one of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s affiliate offices in Cyprus and has previous experience working alongside real estate developers. Vassiliou started his career in the hospitality industry where he developed the sales and marketing department for a regional hotel chain.

Vassiliou holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University, as well as a post-graduate M.B.A. from Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) in the Netherlands.
