SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY AFFILIATES LLC

Lisa Piccardo is the global vice president for affiliate services for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. In her role, she leads the servicing team for the U.S. and Canada and serves as a business consultant for affiliates throughout the Mountain West region. She and her team work closely with affiliates to develop strategies that focus on growth and profitability, recruiting and retention and brand engagement.

Piccardo began her career in real estate in 2005 in Vermont. She used her marketing background to grow her personal business and shortly thereafter founded a boutique real estate firm, which was later sold to Vermont Country Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in 2011. After her firm was acquired, Piccardo was appointed to the position of president and principal broker, overseeing operations, sales and marketing for five offices. Vermont Country Properties Sotheby’s International Realty was later acquired by Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty in January 2014. Piccardo served as executive vice president for the newly merged company before accepting the position of vice president of affiliate services for the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand in June 2014. She was promoted to vice president of lead affiliate services in January 2019. Piccardo lives in Colorado and splits her time between Denver and Granby, Colorado.
