Beautiful farm with plenty of privacy in Abrantes, set on a hillside right in front of the Tagus river. Built in stone and chestnut, with the main facade overlooking the river. There is a paved ramp that leads up to the entrance courtyard, which features a facade made of stone from a palace in Minho, a stone-lined lake, a covered garage, and storerooms. In addition to the main house there are two other housing buildings for the housekeeper and a guest room in front of the pool. In front of the main residence lies a grand stone balcony overlooking the river and surrounded by a garden, the perfect place to have breakfast and enjoy quiet evenings. Next to the house there is a swimming pool, a large garden with a tank, and several ancient trees. Behind the house, through another gate, stands the stable and several other features that lend a lot of charm to the area. The agricultural plots are further down. The property is all fenced, partly by a stone wall. The main house has several living rooms, some with stone floor and others with wooden floor. In other side of the back road exist one plot that can be sold separately or used for apartments or villas construction. Just 140 kilometers from Lisbon and only a few minutes from the A23 exit. In the vicinity there are several attractions such as Tomar, dams, Serra de Mira D'Aire and Fatima.
