This vineyard with majestic manor house is a unique piece of history, dating back to 1679, located in the coastside town of Roses. It is a fully functioning wine estate and comprises 53.2 hectares of land, of which 32 hectares are vine producing and 11 hectares are olive groves.

The vineyard produces white, red and rosé wines produced by the owners in their own cellars - Cabernet Sauvignon: 11 hectares, Chardonnay: 10 hectares Macabe: 3.45 hectares, Tempranillo : 3.16 hectares, and Garnatxa: 5 hectares. There are 3000 vines per hectare and 193.000kg per year. The vines were planted approximately 30 years ago and the wines are under the Emporda Denomination.

There are 11 hectares of olive trees, 50 years old, producing 3200kg per hectare of the Argudell type.
