Joining Finnell Lee Homes (FLH) Team at Sotheby’s International Realty in October 2024, Nasim continues her focus on serving clients in Maryland, Washington, DC, and the surrounding areas. Drawing on her asset management background from her years as a financial analyst with a boutique wealth management firm, she offers comprehensive insights, supporting both first-time buyers and seasoned investors. Nasim brings over a decade of real estate experience from Keller Williams Capital Properties. Known for her meticulous organization and artistic flair, she ensures every detail of the process is thoughtfully managed—from the initial consultation to the final closing—building lasting relationships with her clients along the way.


Beyond real estate, Nasim is engaged in her community. As a board member of Many Hands DC, she supports regional efforts in housing, health, education, and economic empowerment. She has also served in leadership roles on school boards, including President and VP of the PTSA at Walt Whitman High School.


A Persian American, Nasim has lived across California, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Canada before settling in Bethesda, MD, for the past 25 years. Fluent in Farsi, she holds an MBA from the University of the Pacific. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, skiing, and spending time with her husband, college-aged son and their cherished puggle.
