Bryan Catalano

Bryan joins HEIDER after having been in private legal practice for nearly a decade. A graduate of both the University of Maryland School of Law and the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, he brings a wealth of legal and business knowledge to our real estate practice. Bryan has an extensive background as a settlement attorney, assisting clients at each step of the settlement process and overseeing transactions involving a variety of entities, from complex buyer and seller limited liability companies, corporations, trusts and estates.

Bryan’s legal and business background uniquely positions him to advise clients on the many nuances of residential real estate transactions, providing them with an invaluable advantage in each deal. As a recent client of HEIDER and a longtime resident of Montgomery County, Bryan is intimately familiar with the local landscape, the intricacies of residential real estate closings, and the importance of modern marketing methods.

In his time as a settlement attorney, Bryan personally managed residential closings in excess of $500 million annually. His extensive experience in drafting and reviewing settlement documents is a testament to his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction.


In his free time, Bryan is passionate about interior design, travel, and real estate investing. He currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his two dogs, Truman and Sophie.
