Dionysios founded Access Properties in 2022 and acts as the Chief Executive Manager. The multi-Member company is based in Greater Boston and invests in residential real estate, provides property management, offers advisory services, and produces market reports for US and international investors. A Realtor® with Barrett Sotheby's International Realty, Dionysios adds value to Access Properties through agency services such as luxury brand access, global network, innovative marketing, leading-edge technology, and a long and successful track record.
