Jenna Abare

Jenna has been a licensed Realtor and multi-million dollar producer since 2003. Jenna is a second generation Realtor with a family history in both commercial and residential real estate. From the very beginning, building genuine client relationships has been a career foundation for Jenna. An educated yet caring approach to all areas of client representation is high on her list of accolades. Professionally facilitating real estate transactions with focus, attention to detail and client well-being is a standard of every day practice for Jenna. It should come at no surprise that the majority of her business is by personal referral and word-of-mouth.

With a passion for advanced education, Jenna specializes in contractual law and advanced client representation. She currently has the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations with more soon to come. Her constant drive for continued education at a young age brought multiple teaching opportunities with one of the top training firms in CT and at the national level with the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Jenna co-taught several advanced agent designations at the national NAR conventions and throughout New England where she developed and cultivated contacts throughout the country and Canada. It is because of these relationships that she has a high referral network to help relocate clients moving out of state.

Jenna has a passion far beyond real estate transactions. A love of architecture, high-end renovations, interior design, landscape and garden design are often integrated in her agency relationships. She has personally renovated two homes with many projects being either tear downs or seamlessly incorporating new build projects with existing homes. Simply put, Jenna helps her clients see what they can't. Whether it's a seller in need of input for minor renovations, paint color selections, light fixtures, staging and décor or a buyer that cannot see through needed repairs and neutralizing renovation fears.

Jenna has also always had a serious interest in law and medicine. This is how she became specialized in real estate contract law. She then completed a phlebotomy and surgical technology program to satisfy her medical curiosity. Jenna successfully completed all required surgical hours and rotations in the operating room to assist surgeons with her favorite specialties being anesthesiology, cardiothoracic and neuro surgery.

Jenna enjoys giving back to her community. She donates her time and money to decorating her son's school for all seasons and holidays. She does elaborate exterior décor, music and lighting for her neighborhood's annual Halloween Parade. She donates to the CT Humane Society to help shelter animals receive food, medical care and housing. For Christmas, she sponsors a large family each year in need of food, clothing, toys and toiletries. In addition, she donates to various charitable foundations to help women and children recovering from domestic violence receive food, housing, clothing and counseling.

When not working or designing a home renovation, Jenna spends her time traveling the world with her husband and son. With a family business in aerospace manufacturing for over 70 years, Jenna has an appreciation for both private and commercial flying and travels whenever possible. Design and landscape innovation often come from time away, visiting other countries and gaining a new perspective. Jenna uses this time wisely and always brings home a wealth of new ideas and appreciation for life.
