James Colburn

James Colburn is a tenacious real estate professional serving both San Diego and Orange County. With over 25 years of real estate experience both as a top producing real estate practitioner as well as corporate real estate executive licensed in both Washington and California, James brings his passion and business acumen to help both buyers and sellers successfully accomplish their real estate goals. James grew up in Southern California, and graduated his undergraduate education at the University of Oregon. James completed his masters in Psychology at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. After years of leading a top producing real estate team in the Pacific Northwest, James returned to Southern California to manage and lead all Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty offices in the San Diego region. James’ passion for working direct with buyers and sellers brought James back to fulltime real estate sales and joining the largest Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty team in San Diego, Sean Caddell & Associates. James has 3 children, Eliot, Lucas, and Maddy and lives in the Del Mar area of San Diego. In 2016 James wrote the book Rescucceed, available in paperback, kindle and audible on Amazon.
