Morgan Manos-Scheppler takes care of her clients. To put it simply, she is willing and able to do the things that many others won’t or can’t.
Morgan has a talent for deep organization – she’s such a natural at it that she started her own organizing business – whether she’s working with sellers preparing for a significant transition, or new buyers figuring out how to make their new home work best for them.
Having driven extensive upgrades to homes for both investor and end-user clients, Morgan will help sellers get more for their investment, and help buyers fit their new home to their needs, by guiding them through strategic improvements.
Morgan draws on her extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry (she worked as a broker before starting in real estate) to advise clients on insurance issues – an especially valuable service given the current challenging insurance climate in California.
Although there is very little short-term benefit for her, Morgan doesn’t shy away from rental properties. She is happy to help her clients find the right place, whether renting or buying, and cares more about the long-term relationship than her own immediate gain.
Though the unpredictability of a commission-based career is unsettling for some, Morgan thrives knowing that she can make her own success without any limits imposed by others. She loves the opportunity to help her clients reach their own limitless potential while doing the things she does best.
Now partnered with Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, Morgan is excited to serve her client’s needs using her expansive and exclusive network. Born and raised in San Mateo, she focuses her attention primarily on the Peninsula real estate market. In between helping clients and spending time with her 10 year-old son, Morgan enjoys making her own home a wonderful place to live.
Morgan holds the designation of Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) from the National Association of Home Builders.
