A proud graduate of Jesuit High School, University of Notre Dame and Tulane
Law School, with a diverse background in law, accounting, and real estate,
Walter’s commitment to excellence has been evident in every aspect of his
career, and his life.
Following his time spent in the product liability legal arena, Walter helped lead
his family's wholesale business, ensuring the smooth operation and financial
stability of the company his grandfather had started.
Relocating to the Northshore in the late 1980s, Walter and his wife Bebe
became actively involved in their community. From serving in board positions
at the YMCA to building homes with Habitat for Humanity, Walter has
dedicated countless hours to making a difference in the lives of others. His
passion for service extends to his involvement in Mary, Queen of Peace
Catholic Church, where he is a lector and helps coordinate the Young at Heart
ministry for active seniors.
If you’ve attended the Madisonville Wooden Boat Festival with kids over the
past 30 years, chances are Walter has helped your child design and build their
wooden boat with the St. Tammany Woodworkers Guild.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Walter cooking up something Creole and
delicious in his vintage Magnalite pot or preparing his world famous finger
sandwiches for Christ Church’s 3rd Sunday Concert receptions. He's also a
Wordle, Scrabble and crossword puzzle fanatic, enjoying some strong
competition from his three granddaughters, whom he adores.
Proud dad of Brian, a successful real estate broker with Compass in NYC,
and daughter Ginny Saxton, with whom he has worked for the past 17 years,
Walter takes great pride in his family. He brings a wealth of practical and legal
knowledge to the table, ensuring clients receive top-notch guidance and
