Originally hailing from Wheaton/Silver Spring, Maryland, just outside Washington DC, John's affinity for the area was cultivated during his upbringing and solidified during his college years at The University of Maryland and Frostburg State University.

With a passion for his home state, particularly the Eastern Shore where he spent childhood vacations and summers during college, John realized his dream of permanently residing there in 2002. His career journey has been eclectic, encompassing sales, construction, landscaping, retail, food service, and customer service, each experience contributing to his personal and professional growth.

Throughout his professional endeavors, John's recurring theme has been his involvement with homes and properties, whether through hands-on work, selling building materials, or assisting with property appraisals.
