Caroline O'Shea joined South Shore Sotheby’s as a Global Real Estate Advisor in 2024.
Since starting real estate in 2020, Caroline has overseen more than $400M in transactions throughout Boston and the South Shore and has quickly established herself as a top-producing agent. Caroline prides herself in providing exceptional client service and has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator with extensive knowledge of the Greater Boston market.
For Caroline, a career in luxury real estate was a natural fit. Prior to real estate, Caroline was the Marketing Manager for the Contemporary Art and Photographs departments at Sotheby's Auction House in New York City. In this role, Caroline was known for her innovative marketing campaigns and her ability to drive audience growth for each auction, both live and online. Through this role, Caroline built an extensive knowledge of the luxury market while maintaining the utmost integrity and confidentiality when representing her clients.

Caroline lives in Hingham with her husband, son, and gorgeous English Bulldog Olive. When she's not exploring the market, she enjoys taking care of her historic (circa 1743!) home and playing tennis.
