Spencer Feuerbach honed his sales skills at a B2B sales company and taught English in Spain before embarking on his real estate career. He has since joined the Kristin Francoeur Group, and provides skilled guidance to buyers and sellers in the unique Cape Ann market.

A lifelong resident of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Spencer enjoys exploring the coastal towns on Cape Ann and taking advantage of its outdoor attractions. Fluent in Spanish, Spencer holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish World Language and Culture and a Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish from Salem State University. He can often be found playing the piano, hiking local trails, or cooking up a new recipe.
