Laura Batchelor

Originally from the UK, Laura Batchelor has lived in Maryland for the past 5 years. A veteran, she served on Active Duty as an Officer in the British Army for 24 years. Her last assignment was at the British Embassy in DC where she headed up the HR team responsible for looking after the 2,000 British service personnel and their families in the USA; this included managing the Housing Team responsible for helping source suitable accommodation across the USA. Retiring in 2019 and moving to the Eastern Shore, Laura has been active in the local community as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Laura is keen to utilise the many skills honed during her military career to be able to assist and work for her clients both at the gym and in real estate. She embodies honesty, integrity, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, trust and empathy. Laura fully understands the value of professional relationships and understands the needs and requirements of her clients.
