Hailing from Charleston, South Carolina, Olivia’s love for architecture, history and interior design started at a very young age. Watching her stepfather own and operate one of the most respected roofing companies in the Low Country was inspiring to say the least and started her lifelong passion for the industry. Olivia began working as a legal assistant directly out of high school and stayed in the legal field for over a decade. Working everything from real estate law to contract litigation, she saw the other side or the “behind the scenes” of a real estate transaction before deciding to make the switch.
Joining her fiancé in Aspen, who co-owns and operates a luxury transportation company in town, Olivia was able to reset and rethink her career, finally pursuing a career she wanted for so long. After all, she’s been coming to the valley since 2014, dreaming of a way to make Aspen her full-time home. And when an opportunity to work for one of the top brokers in Aspen as a rental and marketing coordinator presented itself, Olivia has not looked back since! The stars aligned -- she is here to stay and ready to help you find your dream home, whether it be for your first vacation to Aspen or an investment property for rental income.
Olivia joined the McLendon Team as their Licensed Assistant in January and specializes in rentals from high-end luxury penthouses to downtown core condos. Whether you’re here for a long time (or a short time), just know you’re here for a good time with Olivia as your broker. If she’s not at a rental showing or checking in clients for their dream stay, you’ll find her enjoying dinner with friends or skiing her favorite mountain, Buttermilk. Living in Missouri Heights in Carbondale with her family and rescue cat, Kitty, Olivia's an aficionado for the mid-valley area as well.
