As a Senior Vice President with TTR Sotheby's International Realty, Shawn has been working with buyers and sellers in the Washington, DC, region since 2005. For Shawn, his job is the nexus that brings together the rewards of helping others, the architecture that runs in his family's DNA, and a lifelong love of the historic cityscape of Washington, DC. Prior to real estate, he marketed and managed properties for the residential division of The Charles E. Smith Companies. He is licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
Shawn works in the upper-bracket luxury market. He is recognized as a top agent in the region by 'Real Trends', the esteemed national real estate ranking survey, is ranked in the top 2% by 'DC Metro Real Producers' and is featured in Washingtonian magazine's 'Best of - Washington, D.C. Realtors” each year. Shawn has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, interviewed on CNN's 'Smart is the New Rich' and appeared in HGTV's House Hunters.
In his free time, Shawn enjoys hiking with his two Jack Russell dogs, weight lifting, cars, home design/renovations, cooking, travel, and time with family. Shawn graduated from Virginia Tech University (2000) and Wilmington Friends School (1996).
