Britt Chudleigh

Hi, I’m Britt. I’m a licensed REALTOR® and certified negotiation expert specializing in residential and resort real estate in beautiful Northern Utah. I’m fortunate to be servicing both my mountain hometown of Park City along with the many charming and architecturally-diverse communities throughout Salt Lake City, where I currently reside. Utah’s balance between urban conveniences and proximity to outdoor recreation is unmatched.

For most of my life I’ve identified as a logical creative—threading the needle between passion and practicality. After spending an idyllic childhood growing up in Park City, I studied architecture and fine art at The University of Utah. I spent the following decade exploring my passions while in the early stages of marriage and motherhood. I worked as a draftsman for both an architect and an interior designer, and enjoyed several years in banking and sales/customer service. During this time, I continued making art in various mediums and eventually I discovered my passion for photography.

As my family grew, so did my creative endeavors—I concentrated my efforts into building a successful, decades-long career in commercial, event and editorial photography. This line of work served as a tremendous teacher, taking me around the globe and within myself to become diversely proficient in ways that would go on to serve me both personally and professionally.

Experiences in my career and life—paired with the confidence and wisdom that comes with age—eventually helped me understand my deeper core loves and talents apart from how I chose to apply them. At this same time I began yearning for home, community, stability and sustainability—all of which drew me back to my Utah roots. Today, I’m immersed in the real estate industry and the opportunity to carve my own unique path within it. It’s been an unexpected but welcome surprise discovering such harmony and fulfillment as a REALTOR® in my hometown; after all, I’m the daughter of an architect and I married a real estate appraiser—sometimes things are just ‘meant to be’.
