Jen Ealy has enjoyed a long and successful relationship with Princeton's real estate market. As an associate attorney, she began practicing real estate, land use, and title law for Mason, Griffin & Pierson. Over the next 15 years, she managed numerous multi-million dollar real estate portfolios and led the development of innovative global properties, including acquisition, renovation, and new construction. During this period, Jen served as a Senior Tower Project Manager for WCI Communities, building and developing luxury coastal condominium towers, and developing a fully sustainable resort island in the Bahamas.
Jen returned to Princeton to accept the Director of Housing & Real Estate Services role at Princeton University, where she served for 12 years. At Princeton, Jen oversaw the strategic positioning of the University's housing and residential real estate assets. She led high-performing teams in the administration of all faculty and staff housing programs. Jen’s efforts ensured premium housing options for the Princeton community and directly impacted the University's ability to attract and retain world-class faculty, staff, and administrators.
When not working, Jen enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
