Jennifer Bell

Jennifer is a proud longtime Kentucky resident and has lived in Lexington since 1976. Growing up in Western Kentucky she watched her mother grow her real estate business. Her mother’s attention to her clients and hard work as a “house match maker” influenced her to pursue real estate sales.

As a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Communications she went on to marry, raise her 4 children and become a dedicated community volunteer. While doing so she has owned a couple of small businesses and managed her own rental property.

Since 2012 she has teamed with colleague and friend Karen Hollins to form The Bell-Hollins Group. As a team they strive to be professional, discreet and responsive for their clients. They are dedicated to serve the needs for buyers, sellers and investors.
