As a Maine native and a lifelong resident, Stacey knows the seacoast areas of Southern Maine and New Hampshire are truly special. The beauty of the area is equal to the quality of life - it is an incredible place to live, work and play.

Stacey graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a BA in Communication and is the proud owner of Seabury Design - a boutique sustainable fine gardening company. Her designs and achievements have come from innovation, creativity, and dedication to the highest standards. Her clients trust her judgment, appreciate her warm demeanor, professionalism and enjoy the incredible gardens she creates and her team continues to care for year after year.

Stacey has not only mastered outdoor living but while raising her family, Stacey has personally purchased, renovated, and sold numerous homes and through the experience mastered interior design, renovation and gained a deep understanding of the real estate market.

As a professional with Anne Erwin Sotheby’s International Realty, Stacey is passionate about sharing her knowledge of seacoast living by assisting clients in owning, selling, or investing in the seacoast of Southern Maine and New Hampshire. She is results driven and proactive, an approach that ensures that transactions run as smoothly as possible. Additionally, she implements proven techniques and leverage technology to help her clients achieve their goals. Lifelong clients are her goal.

Stace now calls Kittery home, and when not working to achieve her client’s goals, she is enjoying the natural beauty of the seacoast and mountains. You will find her paddle boarding in our pristine waters, hiking, skiing, or climbing in the mountains and, of course, gardening.
