Kelly has a unique and extensive background in the real estate industry. The daughter of a Monmouth County home builder, real estate has always been second nature to Kelly. She has focused her legal career on building a commercial real estate and bank financing practice. As such, Kelly possesses an extensive skill set in the New Jersey real estate industry. Through her experiences, Kelly has found effective communication and the ability to manage expectations to be critical to every real estate transaction and the key to building successful relationships.
Kelly grew up summering at the Jersey Shore and benefitted from highly ranked Monmouth County schools. As such she has a deep knowledge of Monmouth County and is a highly regarded member of the community with involvements ranging from the Entertainment Committee of the Colts Neck Country Fair or being appointed the first-ever Public Defender of Colts Neck, to coaching youth sports as well as being a parishioner of both St. Mary’s Church in Colts Neck and St. Catherine’s Church in Holmdel. As a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, and a Colts Neck native, Kelly and her husband decided to raise their three children (and 2 Golden Retrievers!) in Holmdel where they have been regularly seen as figures on the sidelines of sporting events and involved parents at all of the schools in town. Kelly therefore is very knowledgeable with the area, including the neighborhoods, the parks and recreation facilities, the social life as well as local restaurants and businesses.
