Prior to her career in real estate, she owned her own company on New York's Seventh

Avenue, where she manufactured and sold ladies' clothing and imported fabrics from

Italy. This experience provided her with valuable negotiation skills as well as a keen eye

for design. Cathy's time at the Parsons School of Design further honed her spatial

awareness and staging abilities, making her an asset in helping clients visualize and

bring to life their dream homes.
