Paula has always had a passion for real estate. As an Escrow Officer/ Closer and expert in title for 20 years, she has helped thousands of people close loans on the sale, purchase and refinance side. She has always had a desire to assist in Real Estate in a more hands on way. This unique combination adds to her ability to really listen & understand the needs of her clients/ anyone looking to sell or purchase a property. This has fundamentally allowed Paula to support her clients from beginning to end in their process.
Currently, Paula has developed a large client base & has been successful in negotiating on behalf of her clients supporting them every step of the way. She has become a specialist in Negotiating, Staging and is part of the Relocation Program having helped many relocate comfortably into their new home. She is also on a team handling a $55M development in Northbrook, Gateway. She is loyal, diligent, dedicated and will work tirelessly for her clients.
After college, Paula spent 6 years working at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in one of the top clearing firms, Hammer Trading, Inc. This required Paula to work in a very fast paced environment while maintaining excellent communication, patience, support and relationships with the firm's customers and the team. This led her to work in another fast-paced environment, the Title Business. This led to Paula's success as one of the top Escrow Officers/ Closers in the business. She worked very closely with attorneys, lenders, other realtors and was always available to support customers throughout the entire process.
Residing in Deerfield for past 20 years has given Paula the knowledge she needed to become an expert advisor for Deerfield, Riverwoods, Bannockburn, Highland Park, Northbrook, Lake Forest, Lincolnshire, Buffalo Grove, Glencoe, Northfield, Wheeling, Kenilworth, Wilmette, Long Grove, Lake Zurich, Lake Bluff, Highwood, Skokie, Rogers Park, Lincolnwood, Niles, all of the surrounding suburbs and of course Chicago where she grew up and lived after college.

Paula is a very proud loving mother to her 3 boys. She enjoys music, reading, cooking, outdoor summer festivals, plays, movies, travel and most importantly spending time with her family & people close to her.
