With nearly two decades of real estate experience, Sarvenaz is eager to tackle challenges not for the faint-hearted. Looking for the hard to find, or selling the impossible, Sarvenaz uses her background in architecture and interior design to bring success for each client. With over $100 Million sold and over 100 clients, Sarvenaz has been delivering her expertise to each one. Having been influenced by her senior architect father, and financially savvy mother with 25 years’ experience in banking, Sarvenaz had a passion for creating, designing and anything real estate related. It was only fitting for her to become real estate professional. Sarvenaz takes pride in helping clients buy, sell, renovate, design, and upgrade their homes. Her architecture and design background benefits clients in many ways; envisioning the house into their home for new homeowners and for sellers to prepare their homes for sale. Being very detail-oriented has been a great benefit for he clients and she understands what buyers want and what should and needs to be done to facilitate sales. She takes the necessary time to understand what it is the client wants and truly feel their needs. She loves being the negotiator and advocate for her clients. The biggest compliment she has received from her clients is when they come back to her or send her referrals. In the past few years, a majority of her clients have been repeats and referrals. This isn’t lost on her, and she believes every client is a long-term relationship built on advocacy and trust, and being her client’s Realtor for life is an honor for her. After moving to the DMV by way of Iran, France and Germany, traveling is no stranger to Sarvenaz. She loves to explore and admire the beautiful European architecture in old villages. Enjoys reading books, especially, philosophy and psychology, ones that impact self-growth. Learning something new daily is a core belief. Fluent in Farsi, she decided to add more languages to her repertoire and started learning French and hopes to be fluent in the near future.
