Colleen Hensley

Colleen Hensley is the founder of Hensley Properties, INC. which began as a boutique luxury real estate company in San Diego, CA, and has now joined forces with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty.
Focusing on luxury real estate, she creates vision and strategic direction as well as managing day to day operations.

Previously, she was a Captain serving as a pilot in the United States Air Force Reserves where she flew supersonic jets, as well as 4-engine heavy jet transports world-wide. She also flew for 3 decades as an airline pilot and was the first women military pilot hired by the airline.

Colleen is the co-founder of Pilot Leadership---a company that provides strategic and leadership consultations to businesses and individuals using the principles of aviation excellence. She is the co-author of a topselling leadership book titled The Pilot---Learning Leadership. The book uses a story format to explore three main topics---Leadership, Followership, and Mastery of Performance. It is sold in over 17 countries.
