Brennon Dahl is a passionate and driven real estate professional serving the Wasatch Front and greater Salt Lake Valley. Born and raised in Utah, Brennon realized his passion for real estate at a young age, curating his hobbies, social media feeds, and interests to learn everything he could about the fast-paced industry. Now in his fourth year of helping clients buy and sell real estate, Brennon is partnered with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty—an award-winning luxury brokerage known for their unmatched professional services, global reach, and the belief that ‘luxury is an experience, not a price point’—a core value that aligns with Brennon’s own professional mentality and drive for excellence.
Prior to real estate, he pursued a decade-long background in Taekwondo and kickboxing—where he achieved the rank of a 3rd degree black belt. Brennon’s competitive nature led him to train with junior Olympians and place in national tournaments. Throughout his martial arts career he instructed more than a thousand classes and cultivated an appreciation for the sport’s core tenet—self-mastery. Today Brennon translates this practice into all aspects of his real estate business; his intentionality and self-discipline allow him to approach situations with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Brennon attended college at Utah Valley University, where he initially studied architecture before finding his interests lay more in the interpersonal aspect of business and marketing. Graduating with a B.S. in Digital Marketing and Business Management equipped Brennon with a solid foundation and skill set that propels him past his peers. Unrestricted by traditional marketing methods, Brennon understands how to leverage social media algorithms to create targeted advertising campaigns and engaging content—resulting in maximum online exposure in front of the right audiences.

When he’s not working, Brennon enjoys spending his free time chasing adventure. His excitement for adrenaline has fostered an insatiable love for the great outdoors, even leading to a yearly tradition of skydiving with his family. In the evenings, you’ll likely find him on the side of a mountain—catching rattlesnakes, training birds of prey as a licensed falconer, or snowboarding at one of Utah’s many mountain resorts.
