AJ Gordon came to Santa Fe in 1989 with a deep-rooted Midwest work ethic that has served her well to this day. For the past three decades, she has worked in the hospitality industry while raising her three children. AJ has managed popular restaurant establishments and has a top sales history in New Mexico, rising through the ranks with customer service as her number one priority. It is this type of business that has taught her negotiating skills as well as multi-tasking, while paying attention to every detail with consistent success. She earned a degree in business administration and communication from Northern Michigan University.
AJ met Danna Cooper in 2012, mutually recognizing each other’s skillsets which benefit their goals. In 2023, they teamed up to form Dream Team Santa Fe. With her successful career of serving others in the hospitality industry, it was a natural segue into selling real estate. She thrives on her ever-expanding network of clients, earning their trust, and finding them the best properties.
When she isn’t busy selling real estate, AJ enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
