Noelle Queen has been working with Michael for over 12 years and serves as the team's Director of Sales. She participates in all aspects of the team’s business including business origination, listing preparation, marketing, negotiations, client communications and escrow coordination. Noelle is known for her meticulous attention to detail and willingness to tackle any challenge. She has a passion for architecture and interior design and uses her keen design sense to come up with creative solutions when preparing listings to go on the market.


Kristin Galvin contributes to the team in all areas with a focus on making the buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She is regarded for her personal knowledge of the peninsula neighborhoods we serve - providing expert local guidance, offer preparation, and negotiation expertise to successfully complete the transaction.
