Sally Coon

Sally Coon is a seasoned administrative real estate professional with over 22 years in today’s fast-paced industry. Born in Hawaii and raised in a fantastic lake community in the Midwest, Sally’s formative years were spent engaged in activities that included swim team, tennis, and lessons in classical piano – fostering a lifetime love of water, music and outdoor recreation. She attended college at the University of Arkansas and the University of Kansas, and she has lived all over the western U.S., calling states including Colorado, Washington, California, Wyoming, and Utah home.

Sally dove into the dynamic world of real estate in 2000 as a hands-on assistant, learning the business first-hand from the bottom up. Since that time, she has been instrumental in the opening of not one, but two successful brokerages in Park City, Utah. She has worked in the administrative side of brokerages, managing transactions and trust accounts, accounting, web development and building strong relationships with real estate agents.

Sally joined the Summit Sotheby’s International Realty family in 2011 when she was recruited by one of the first teams to join Summit SIR. It was during those early years that she also became involved with Victory Ranch and the current developers as they purchased and began making plans to develop the ranch into the highly regarded community it is today. She has had the pleasure of being a part of the Victory Ranch Sales Team for over six years and counting.

Sally was drawn to Victory Ranch by its developers, resident members, and staff; she finds them all to be uniquely passionate about the lifestyle offered and how highly they value the land they call home, not to mention their dedication for conservation and the preservation of its natural open spaces. As she says: ‘There’s a special feeling when you drive up to Victory Ranch, see the iconic Red Barn and drive across the Provo River on the “clickity clackity” bridge, only to be welcomed by our resident Bald Eagles and Blue Herons.’

Sally’s in-depth knowledge of all aspects of real estate – including the behind-the scenes administration of contracts, funds, closings and creating personal relationships with clients – set her apart from the competition. She is highly knowledgeable, dependable, and committed to her career and the teams she works with. A self-described ‘city girl’, Sally married a true rodeo cowboy from a working ranch in Wyoming, and today they have three grown children and a herd of four-legged family members – including four dogs, seven cats and four horses. When she’s not working and her husband isn’t team roping, they love spending time together outside on the lake, at the beach or playing pickleball with friends.
