Artur Fedorov

Artur hails from Eastern Europe, but immersed himself in American culture since the age of 14 when his studies brought him to the suburbs of Los Angeles, CA. His time in California instilled in him a love of the natural beauty of the California landscape while teaching him how to balance his pursuits with the calm, collected, and more chill way of living on the left Coast. His early studies then carried him across Europe to England and Malta, but his love of the United States later brought him back to sleepless New York City where skyscrapers and diverse groups of people helped nourish his love of urban living. He studied International Relations at James Madison University and soon after found himself in love with the history, the people, and the complex layers of the DMV area. He has lived in the DMV area for over 10 years and is a current resident of Northeast DC with his wife, Cassandra, and his growing family.
Artur joins the THRIVE team from a sales, leadership, and coaching background. Interestingly, he is a world champion cup holder in karate and was awarded second degree black belt in Japan. He has taken this champion mindset to every area of life, and it has served him well during his career journey. He has over 4 years of experience in network marketing and sales where he led a successful team of over 20 people. He has 2 years of experience in real estate investing and is happy to advise future clients on how to approach their future investment plans in real estate. Artur's passion for people and growth motivated him to simultaneously launch a coaching business in which he worked with people of different ages to overcome obstacles by taking responsibility for their thoughts and actions.
Artur loves to win and he loves when his clients win. His knowledge of the DMV area, his sales and negotiation skills, and his dedication to his clients make him a trusted advisor. He will work very hard to find your dream home, sell your current property, or find your next investment opportunity.
In his spare time, Artur loves playing chess, writing children's books, listening to jazz, buying and selling old and modern collectible cars, playing ping pong, hiking, eating different cuisines, and spending time with his lovely family.
