Debbie McQuaid

After 42 years in the field of education, Debbie now brings her considerable talents to TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. She brings the same skill set that made her an outstanding educator to her real estate career. Her interpersonal skills, patience, attention to detail, and her enthusiasm for people is what makes her a successful agent. Not just local, but a true native (born and raised) of the Eastern Shore, she has vast knowledge of the Mid-Shore and will be an asset to any buyer or seller.

A graduate of St. Michael’s High School, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in School Counseling from Salisbury University. In her years in education, she has served as teacher, coach, administrator, author and school counselor. A finalist for Maryland Teacher of the Year in 1992, she wrote, developed, and secured financing for the Talbot County Survival Swim Program. A program that provided water safety skills to all 3rd graders in Talbot County. As a seasoned school counselor she guided her students through the college and financial aid process, helping them obtain millions of dollars in scholarships and financial aid opportunities.

Debbie enthusiastically embraces her career with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty and is eager to help her clients find their perfect home. She believes in providing exceptional and individualized customer services to her clients with the goal of keeping home buying or selling as stress-free as possible. She resides in Easton with her husband John. She is the proud parent of two grown children and one precious granddaughter. In her spare time, you will find Debbie on a field hockey field coaching athletes from the Mid-Shore area, teaching swim lessons or just relaxing by the pool with a book.
