Yianni Konstantopoulos

Yianni embarked on his journey in real estate in 2015 after a long and successful career working with global digital agencies and directly supporting some of the world’s most recognized and prominent brands. In a relatively short period of time, he’s been able to be recognized nationally as a Top 1% real estate professional and is a licensed Associate Broker in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He’s counseled hundreds of clients and is extraordinarily proud of the outcomes he’s able to achieve on behalf of his clients. Prior to his foray into our industry, he served as the Group Managing Director of social@Ogilvy in Sydney, Australia; the Vice President of Strategy and New Business Development at Blue State Digital, a WPP subsidiary most well-known being the driving force behind President Barack Obama’s two groundbreaking Presidential campaigns; the Corporate Executive Board’s Corporate Strategy Practice, and at the World Bank. During his 15 years as a C-suite executive, Yianni counseled hundreds of senior executives at Fortune 500 organizations, led teams that have accounted for over $250 million in new revenue, negotiated or mediated multi-million dollar service contracts, and spoken at countless conferences and events, all skills that he continues to utilize every day to advance client goals. His passion for real estate began at a young age as he can vividly recall spending summer days working hand in hand with his father and brother, who are both still active general contractors in our area. Having grown up in the Washington metropolitan area, Yianni possesses a deep knowledge of the city’s many neighborhoods and offers his clients a truly local’s perspective. He maintains an active rental portfolio which help him always maintain a pulse on our dynamic market by always meeting new people and sharing his passion for housing in our area. Yianni is a graduate of George Washington University. When not busy working with clients, he can be found outside logging miles as he prepares for his next marathon. Yianni believes it is critical for real estate agents to know and love the neighborhoods in which they work, and proudly lives in the Kentlands, one of our area's only New Urbanism communities. He has two young children and a great vizsla puppy named Ace. Yianni believes that real estate isn’t just a profession or a calling, but a tool that can foundationally change one’s life for the better.
