Born and raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn Phillip went on to work in construction while attending St. Frances College in Brooklyn Heights. He entered the world of real estate sales and rentals full-time in 2006, drawing on his valuable knowledge of pre-construction and expertise to find opportunities for his clients. Phillip has recognized with repeated Gold and Platinum-level awards for his performance, and in 2017 was ranked number 2 for overall gross commissions. He and his exclusive properties have also been featured in the press such as The New York Times, Daily News, Real Deal and Brokers Weekly.

He and his wife who hails from Dublin, Ireland visit there frequently with their three children Oliver, Ava, & Max. Film, photography, sports and travel are among Phillip’s other favorite pastimes.
