Joan Wetmore

Joan works with both listers and buyers, often providing both services to a client. In addition to the abilities agents typically provide to listers, she offers staging, space planning and marketing skills as well as deeper than average knowledge of construction and contracting. Joan has renovated six homes in Philadelphia and Maryland, serving as general contractor and designer, so she has first-hand knowledge of the process.
