Nicole Petrosino-Vento

Born and raised in the Bensonhurst and Marine Park areas of Brooklyn, lived for years in Rockaway, Queens and traveled into Manhattan for work, Nicole is no stranger to NYC’s amazing boroughs. In recent years she moved to Staten Island where she still resides with her family. She attended high school at Bishop Kearny HS of Brooklyn and earned her BA in accounting and her MBA from St. John’s University, Staten Island. After graduating St John’s, she began her accounting career at Deloitte, one of the largest professional services networks worldwide. There, she acquired valuable knowledge of the finance world, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage high expectations under pressure. As her career in accounting progressed, Nicole moved on to work for the NYS Attorney General’s office as an Audit Investigator in Medicaid Fraud. It is there where she learned sharp negotiating skills, problem solving, and teamwork.

In real estate Nicole says she has found her true passion and considers herself fortunate to have been able to build a successful career out of it. She came into the industry armed with a plethora of professional strengths from her previous career. Her financial background gives her an advantage when it comes to understanding her clients’ budget and purchase power. As her past and present clients will attest, Nicole always carries a professional, confident, and agreeable demeanor. Qualities that are especially important in times of unexpected issues that sometimes arise with real estate transactions. Coming from a large Italian family, she loves the personal interaction that stems from working with clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. She has successfully helped clients at all stages of the housing market, from eager first time buyers, to savvy investors, and even those needing help with relocation. By building trusting relationships with clients and business associates alike, Nicole maintains a vast referral network. Throughout her career, she has made many lasting connections with industry professionals whose expertise helps guide her clients to ensure a smooth transaction. In her down time Nicole enjoys reading a good book or cooking her favorite Sicilian dishes. She loves spending time with her family. In the warm summer months, you will find them at Richmond County Yacht Club or on their boat cruising to the different ports and beaches of NY and NJ. She loves to travel and is always looking for a new travel experience, especially to Europe and other international destinations where she and her children can experience new cultures. Nicole is also very involved with organizations and schools that support special needs children and often volunteers her time to these causes as they are close to her heart.
