Amanda Morgan

Amanda Morgan was born and raised in northwest Florida and grew up on the sugar-sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. She graduated magna cum laude from Tall Pines Academy in 2007 while doing dual enrollment. Since then, she has pursued continuing education opportunities in fields ranging from public speaking and customer service to various business and technology courses. She likes to say that put together, she has a master's degree in a la carte education.

Today, Amanda is a relocation matchmaker for Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, using her global connections to match people with properties anywhere in the world. With a background in local tourism, she's also an expert here at home on the best places to shop, dine and have fun. She lives each day believing it is an opportunity to find joy and celebrate something good.

She has received numerous awards from her brokerage including the 2015 Team Contributor Award and 2018 Team Spirit Award. In 2015, she graduated from Leadership Walton. She served on the company's peer-nominated Leadership Council in 2019. She has been a SAS Top Producer, a certified Visit Florida tourism ambassador and a Destination Marketing Association International member, where she represented South Walton at the Visitor Services Summit.

Amanda is married to her high school sweetheart, Clayton Morgan, a local charter boat captain who does indeed answer to 'Captain Morgan.' The couple has one impossibly beautiful and perfect daughter, Hadley, and a standard schnauzer named Lucky.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys shopping, cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors with her family. She enjoys supporting Food For Thought, Alaqua Animal Refuge and the Wounded Warrior Project.
