Eddie Bermudez

Passionately invested in his clients and business, Eddie Bermudez combines an extraordinary level of care with a tireless work ethic and a lifelong love of real estate to make the process of buying and selling a home as seamless as possible. His lifelong passion for real estate is, in part, about the thrill of great design and architecture (he is obsessed with any home that juxtaposes modern Art Deco style with natural settings), but even more, he enjoys building relationships that last beyond the transaction.

Before transitioning into real estate, Eddie enjoyed a career in the hospitality industry, managing restaurants such as the intimate Colombian eatery Kiosco (located in Marietta Square) for nearly 13 years, where his integrity, cool head under pressure and skill in building rapport with customers resulted in a highly successful business and rave reviews. The same professionalism and attention to detail characterize every client encounter, deal point and contract negotiation as an agent with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.

For Eddie, the real estate business is about a face-to-face, one-on-one exchange, and he enjoys using his communication skills and knowledge of the market to meet his clients’ needs. Operating by a philosophy of care and empathy, he believes that listening is key to providing a high level of service and excels at facilitating a transaction where everyone’s needs are respected.

Originally from New Jersey, he has been a North Cobb resident for over 13 years and loves Atlanta for its scenic setting (particularly the trees and sunsets), the weather and the sports teams. Married with three daughters, he is a devoted family man and enjoys being present in their lives. He is an active member of the Kennesaw Elementary School PTA, and when he’s not working with clients, he is most likely enjoying a nice meal with his wife, taking his kids on vacation or attending a Braves or Atlanta United game.
