Kristen has demonstrated a passion for real estate for over 20 years. Her career began in 2001 selling property in Chicago’s Old Town, Streeterville, and Printer’s Row areas, where she fell in love with the industry. Successfully making her clients’ largest financial investment a dream come true is her most satisfying achievement.
There is no mistaking that buying and selling a home can be challenging, which is one of the many reasons this is Kristen’s profession of choice. She loves her clients! She is a true people person who can relate to others, listen and to understand her client’s needs. Thorough and detail oriented, Kristen can focus on every detail through both the buying and selling process, providing answers to asked and unasked questions.
Kristen recently earned the SRES designation, providing value to 55+ clients as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, to best assist seniors in transition. Additional earned industry designations include the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Representative).
Kristen will never pressure a client. She is always available and responsive and is involved from day one through to after the closing. She is dedicated to educating her clients, whether they make the decision to list or purchase with her. She is committed to solving the challenges that arise during the real estate transaction and will ensure that no detail goes unresolved.
During and after the transaction she will provide homeowner resources when needed. She has curated a team of attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and more partners to provide a seamless concierge experience for her clients. Kristen’s ultimate goal: to have her clients feel confident, happy and totally satisfied with their real estate experience.
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Kristen lives in Elgin with her husband Ross and their cat, Smokey, in their dream home, a Victorian era farmhouse. In her free time, Kristen enjoys community volunteering, swimming, and traveling.
She is also a member of the National and Illinois Association of Realtors and North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors, and the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce.
