Candace Colton is a native Californian. She grew up and was raised in the beautiful Golden State. From her early family roots in Pasadena to her young adulthood on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula to living in the vibrant city of West Hollywood; she has seen and understands the idiosyncrasies and special attributes of this incredible state.
As a young adult Candace had an immediate passion for health and fitness. For over a decade she ran a successful business as a private trainer. Developing a deep desire for helping others, she worked one on one with her clients, engaging her intuition to meet and exceed their personal fitness goals by nurturing and instilling a strong sense of induvial mastery.
In recent years, Candace pivoted to a successful career in corporate sales. Through hard work and dedication, Candace became a top producer in the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood markets for S.G.W.S, one of the world’s leading distributors of wine and spirit beverages. As a key account manager, she sharpened her skills in marketing, creative group-work, and cultivating connections. Candace launched and grew small esoteric brands in a highly competitive marketplace.
In 2020, Candace decided to exit the fast-paced business world of Los Angeles and move back to her Carmel home to be closer to family and a city she loved. She obtained her real estate license and is proud to be a realtor associate with Sotheby’s International Realty – Carmel Brokerage. Candace is an experienced sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. She is driven by integrity, discipline, and a desire to be an orchestrator of something special in her client’s lives. Whether seeking creative marketing to sell a home or a strong negotiator to help purchase a dream home, Candace’s experience will turn her clients’ dreams into reality.
