With a BA in business from UCSB and an MBA from Pepperdine, Bryan embarked on a 13-year career in banking before pursuing a passion for real estate by obtaining a broker's license in 1999. Early in his career, Bryan had the great fortune to be mentored by John Aaroe, whose boutique real estate firm was purchased by Compass in 2018.
A Studio City resident since 1994, Bryan has consistently served the community. Recognized as a 2011 community honoree for his continued financial support to Carpenter Community Charter Elementary School, Bryan has also been a local advocate, serving as a board member and treasurer for the Studio City Residents Association and the Studio City Beautification Association from 2012 to 2016.
Representing clients throughout LA and the San Fernando Valley, Bryan has closed numerous deals in neighborhoods such as Los Feliz, the Hollywood Hills, and Malibu. Emphasizing the importance of understanding the needs and challenges that homeowners face, Bryan has served on the Beverly Hills and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors Grievance Committee since 2014, overseeing many real estate ethics cases. This experience has further solidified Bryan's reputation for honesty, dependability, and genuine care for clients' well-being.
