Julie Kerwin Cumby

Julie Kerwin Cumby describes herself as 'mostly local' to Florida's gorgeous Emerald Coast, having relocated to the area with her family at the age of 10. Julie brings two decades of global marketing, branding, communications and digital expertise (including iconic architecture firms and nationally-ranked real estate brokerages) to her real estate clients. She holds dual citizenship in both the United States and Canada and has worked extensively in both countries throughout her career.

Julie brings an ethical and professional approach to her business as well as local knowledge and a superior level of client care that is unsurpassed.

Dedicated to supporting local children's charities, Julie sits on the boards of the Tree House Episcopal Montessori School and Christ the King Episcopal Church. When not in the office, you can find Julie on the water on her paddle board, biking along 30A, running, practicing Pilates, enjoying the beach with her two fun and adventurous young sons or watching her favorite NHL team win the Stanley Cup.
