Nilay is a New Jersey native who combines his strong work ethic, communication, and transparency to provide his clients exceptional service and meet their goals. Prior to real estate, Nilay’s background was in engineering and tech from Purdue University. He has 5 years of experience in tech consulting and software companies doing strategy and analytics. He has always been passionate about real estate and he finally made the switch when he purchased his own apartment in Jersey City last year. The home buying experience made him realize that he could provide immense value to his clients by understanding their needs and leading with empathy and guiding them throughout the process. Nilay grew up in Mumbai India, prior to emigrating to New Jersey so he can speak fluent Hindi and Gujarati as well and has a very diverse upbringing and understanding of different cultures. His hobbies include traveling, yoga, soccer, tennis, and photography. He yearns to combine his technical expertise and soft skills from his time in consulting to create a seamless home buying/selling/renting experience for his clients
