Diana Boutin

Diana Boutin has been a Realtor specializing in acquisitions of estates and fine homes for 26 years. Her successful career of more than two decades began in Montecito, CA then several years ago, she returned to her beloved Santa Fe and the Land of Enchantment. She brings immeasurable skill and experience in Real Estate sales. Diana is licensed in both California and New Mexico, allowing her an expansive scope in which to maintain and assist clients from both states.

Much of Diana's life experience has been greatly influenced by residing in a variety of places. She was born in Washington DC, raised and schooled in the Bay Area in California, along with boarding school in Rottach Egern, Bavaria, Germany. Diana is a master negotiator, and closer with a winning personality earned through years of excellent transactions, education, and training. All this has provided her with a keen perception of human nature which translates into a skill in building relationships with her clients. She is devoted and dedicated to assisting them in all facets of reaching their successful Real Estate goals.

In 1991, Diana founded DB Marketing, a national advertising and marketing company, where she had the pleasure of working closely with most of the Fine Art galleries in the Southwest with a particular focus in Santa Fe. Through her client base, she was instrumental in establishing the now famous Cowboys & Indians Magazine.
